    Time flies, it is now November 2021. How was your yearly goal doing? It should be in 90% achieved. Well it was not so well for me as I didnt set much goal for 2021. I am busy with family and work. Life pretty routine and normal.  I did a lot of investment this year. Be in Stock, Options, Crypto and CFD.

Family Baking

    Making the ‘Trendy’ Cake In Town - Oreo ButterCake with my little helper. Ever since I get him Involve in making the sweet potato bao, now he will jio me to bake (almost everyday) after dinner and ask that question drg the baking process : Are You having Fun, Mummy.

His expression is so precious and commentary is funny too. Is more fun to do it with him together than my late night bake.

I never thought I can bake, baking seems easy with #thermomix, just simply follow the step by step recipe. Baby step, I’m still learning from all the expert here!

Round Island Cycling trip in Singapore

Sometime thing happen wihtout plan, become the best thing ever. It just a normal ride around north area, and one of the rider suggest to go lamp post 1 which is located at Tuas South. After reaching LP 1, I suggest to go back with East Coast Park. That means we completed the round island journey.

Thing always happen without plan and we just go ahead. The trip is tiring and we haven't train for this kinda long distance ride yet. This was my longest ride which clock 150km and with the speed approximately 30km/hr.

No gym just cycle 2-3 times a week

Haha it works with improved diet.

I make it! Trying for years to cut the beer tummy finally hahahaha.

Weight: 70.6 -> 66.3kg

Body Fat: 21.4% -> 16.8% (-3.97kg fat )

Visceral Fat: 8.5 -> 7.0

Semi-normal life during the Pandemic

     After the busiest month in December due to I have to do my wife's confinement myself. Well, I can say that it is not so difficult if wife can take turn take care of baby.

    I will share the routine of myself during the confinement month. Typically daily I wake up around 7am and send elder son to childcare. Then I head home preparing breakfast, sometime take away from kopishop. 

    After that I will prepare to shower to bath the baby. You need to prepare boil water and cold boil water. How to bath? you can watch youtube and you will have tons of it. To reduce my work, we order confinement food which will send to us daily lunch and dinner. 

    For afternoon, I will milk the baby and changing diaper. When baby is sleeping I also will follow to sleep or sometime have to work. Around Tea time then I will prepare some snack for wife to eat.

    After dinner, If wife is tired then I will continue to take care of the baby. When the elder son back, I mostly take care of him. Wife will continue sleep and take care of baby. The most job during confinement month is washing. Be it washing milk bottle, baby clothes, utensil or cleaning house. Need to do a lot of washing and cleaning as confinement man haha... 

Daddy to do confinement for mummy

 I am going to become the confinement daddy, is it hard? I am not sure, for sure I will have challenging time to bath the new born. The rest of the thing I am not worry, 

welcoming our second baby girl Ava, we are mostly know what should we prepare. We have wash all the necessary, bought the item online and carousel. Prepared fried ginger, and ginger rice drink. Bought all the Chinese herb and get ready to welcome new born.

I am excited to become confinement daddy. It is not about saving money, but we felt the confinement lady abit extra.
