Iceland Part 3 Magnificent Mother Natural

We love this Seljalandsfoss waterfall, the best part was that you can walk behind the waterfall to look at something so beautiful in a different perspective and feel the power of its thundering roars.

And, we had fun of getting wet together

 Seljalandsfoss

Definitely a place to visit, this museum run by the family of Porvaldseyri farm, live at the foot of a volcano that erupted in April, 2010.

It was really interesting to watch the documentary, understand the eruption of Eyjafjallajökull and its impact to the local community here in Iceland.
Lucky my wife, able to take a selfie with the owner of this museum too

Eyjafjallajökull

Check in this beautiful hotel, right between Skaftafell and Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon, 2 of Iceland's most spectacular natural attractions.

Thanks to #Dreamtrips and #FossHotel for the lovely arrangement for our Honeymoon vacation

Journey to the South of Iceland, we visited to Skogar Museum which has a lot of informative history about how Icelandic live in the past.

By far, this is the most impressive museum I ever seen, lots of collection. To me, the most interesting part is those "Hobbit" house at the back of the museum, authentic Viking homes. Cute 😍 Beautiful History!!

Mesmerizing waterfall worth seeing 😍Skogafoss - rectangular waterfall that dropped 60m with a width 25m.
1st time getting so close to the base of such a large waterfall was quite rare. Super Beautiful, no wonder they used it in an advert and cover for magazines

For the 1st time, we are so close to iceberg, too excited for the view in front our eyes 😄
Vatnajökull, the largest glacier in Iceland and it’s also the largest glacier mass in Europe, 8300 sq.km and average 500m thick.

Is real in front our eyes! Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon - this place is incredible with black sand beach and full of floating Icebergs flow to the ocean, out of this world-views 👍🏻
It's a stunning location worth seeing in south of Iceland. I am glad to be on this trip

Unforgettable boat tour on Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon (foot of the Largest Glacier - Vatnajökull), sails among the huge icebergs in the picturesque scenery of Jökulsárlón.
And we get to taste the 1000 years old ice originate from the Glacier itself.

Tasted the thousand years ice!

A memorable Farewell Dinner together with fellow Dreamtripers after the Glacier Lagoon Tour! As we shared our travel experiences over Icelandic Food!
Thanks to our lovely host Wendy Liang Stefania Boccucci for assisting! Can't imagine how much work and hassle it is to plan for this trip.. Truly appreciative of Dreamtrips and the experiences we gained. This is by far the Best trip ever ❤️ Next Stop ✈️✈️✈️

Iceland Part 2 ''Must Visit Spectacular Scene''

There are many waterfalls in Iceland, but this is a special one - #Hraunfossar(Lava Falls). The crystal blue water carving a canyon and water streaming from all along the Lava Wall which from an eruption of 1 of the volcanoes lying under the glacier Langjökull.

Close to nature and breath in the PURE Iceland Air at Snæfellsnes peninsula, West Iceland. Rich with in bird cliffs, spectacular mountains, volcanic craters, ancient fishing village Hellnar and the iconic Kirkjufell mountain.

Excellent weather for whale 🐳 watching at Faxafloi Bay, North Atlantic Ocean 😍
We got lucky, saw several whales, dolphins and puffins, able capture some videos and photos under the heavy winds

Reykjavik Harbour

Walking from the cold air (7 degree) into the hot blue water of the lagoon (40 degree) is amazing.
With the backdrop of the ever changing Icelandic Sky, the rugged back lava rock worn to smooth white silica and the water is incredible and overwordly milky blue color (because of silicate minerals), this is an wonderful experience that I'll never forget. Average 5000 ppl visit to Blue Lagoon daily!!

We throughly enjoyed the calming atmosphere, complimentary silica mud face mask and soaking in the Blue Lagoon.

Everyone has a remarkably great time
