First Stop. 

Very Interesting Museum. Took “The Minecraft” in (100m) and the rest of the tour by foot (500m). Get to see the real tunnels where miners used to dig and pass.
As you go further inside, you will feel that the temperature is getting colder due to the air holes which give ventilation inside the underground mines. This is just the upper level of the entire hill, there’s still 23th floor (700m) depth in. Impressive!

At Least 70% of your diet should consist of water rich foods. This allow your body to cleanse itself. Failing to consume this percentage of water means you are clogging your body, not cleansing it.
