No gym just cycle 2-3 times a week
Haha it works with improved diet.
I make it! Trying for years to cut the beer tummy finally hahahaha.
Weight: 70.6 -> 66.3kg
Body Fat: 21.4% -> 16.8% (-3.97kg fat )
Visceral Fat: 8.5 -> 7.0
