Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting

I have been all wrong all the time? I also don't know, but I am now trust the latest data and statistic that human burn fat more healthy than burning sugar and carb. 

I have been against myself doing keto diet until I met Dr. Eric Berg which provide me with lots of science and data which doing health ketogenic diet is totally make sense. 

24 July 2022, which is 3 weeks of me starting intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet. I have loss 3Kg and drop 2 mark of my visceral fat. Its amazing result which I struggle to make it when I do healthy diet/vegan. I think main reason was I consume too much of carb/sugar? probably is the rice. 

My ketogenic diet is pretty simple and easy to follow:

1. I skip breakfast and make sure my last meal is before 9pm. (Fasting 16hrs, 8 hrs with 2 meals)

2. Start my day with bullet proof coffee ( MCT oil + Butter + coffee)

Make sure your keto diet is 70% fat, 20% protein, 5% clean carb, 5% carb.

Unlimited veggie is for 5% clean carb.
