What the strategy for 2023!

 Well, it seems abit too late to think about what is the end gaol for 2023? 

Definitely not!

It is almost mid year and time to re-visit what is the progress so far... 

Did you continue working on your goal ? For me some yes and some no... 

Got to get more discipline in implementing goal and target.

Health

- Keep on the intermittent fasting and reduce the VF to 4 

- Increase muscle mass 

-Continue Ketogenic diet, increase variety of food receipt and add on cold press juice.

Investment

- Trading target daily and work on system to passively manage the trading.

- Manage portfolio more disciplinary, got to visit the watchlist daily. Obviously I have miss our quite a few of entry point in Singapore Stock market.

Relationship

- Maintain close relationship with family and friend.

- Increase network by meeting more people and network.

From above, I have my metric to quantify the result. If you are reading, you need to find a way to quantify it except relationship.

Lets make it simple! The easiest way to fast is to skip your breakfast. Hence, 16 hours fast and 8 hours meal is the easy way.

Last Meal at 9pm/2100hrs

Fasting Start

Breakfast (Bulletproof Coffee + MCT Oil)

Lunch (Ketogenic Diet)

No Snack in Between

Dinner (Ketogenic Diet)↓Repeat!

How to get rid of snacking: 
  • Stay busy 
  • Don’t buy snacks 
  • Have a large dinner with plenty of fat
  • Have apple cider vinegar in your water 
  • Have lemon juice in your water
  • Consume a large amount of vegetables during meals 
Things that will help you fast longer: 
  • Green tea
  • Cinnamon
  • Garcinia
  • Ginseng
  • Ginger 
If you experience symptoms like keto flu or keto fatigue: 
  • Take B vitamins
  • Take sea salt  
  • Take electrolytes and trace minerals  
Fasting mistakes:  
  • Consuming a small snack  
  • Consuming a small amount of carbs  
  • Thinking the results will happen quickly (give it time!)
  • Consuming everything in moderation

Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting

 <I Don't Know What I Don't Know>

I have been all wrong all the time? I also don't know, but I am now trust the latest data and statistic that human burn fat more healthy than burning sugar and carb. 

I have been against myself doing keto diet until I met Dr. Eric Berg which provide me with lots of science and data which doing health ketogenic diet is totally make sense. 

24 July 2022, which is 3 weeks of me starting intermittent fasting and ketogenic diet. I have loss 3Kg and drop 2 mark of my visceral fat. Its amazing result which I struggle to make it when I do healthy diet/vegan. I think main reason was I consume too much of carb/sugar? probably is the rice. 

My ketogenic diet is pretty simple and easy to follow:

1. I skip breakfast and make sure my last meal is before 9pm. (Fasting 16hrs, 8 hrs with 2 meals)

2. Start my day with bullet proof coffee ( MCT oil + Butter + coffee)

Make sure your keto diet is 70% fat, 20% protein, 5% clean carb, 5% carb.

Unlimited veggie is for 5% clean carb.

Rice Straw for the environment

     When you visit most of the outlet, drinking cold drink without a straw is normal nowadays. But does it really a solution ? Some beverage like Frappe still require straw. Some business owner has opt for biodegradable straw, some with paper straw. 

    I have come across a more practical solution, which is using rice straw. At first I would tot it is a waste of rice as it can be consume but then I further find out is that they are using broken rice which is farmer will discard as fertiliser to other usage. 

    


    I have decided to start marketing this straw as this is totally new in the market. and to my surprise, the cost of this straw is not expensive at all for the business.
